I’m trying to keep a bit of a diary of things we’re doing to the house. I know that home renovations and such aren’t everyone’s cup of tea, but you’re here now; you might as well have a scroll. We’ve been here over a month now, but the time we’ve actually got to do things is quite limited and I’m

I’m back on the housing ladder, and this time it’s for good. I’m never moving again. If my partner ditches me then we can just split the house in half or something; I’m staying put now, forever. It’s taken me a few years to give in, but I am thrilled to announce that, finally, I have my own air fryer, and now I can take part in all the conversations about what my friends are cooking in their air fryers. This is a collaborative post: I’m currently waiting on tenterhooks for a call telling me that my house purchase completion is two weeks away. In the meantime, there isn’t a whole lot that we can be doing, so we’re spending most of our evenings mentally redesigning the space. One thing that we’ve agreed on is that in the more ‘adult’
