We have big been huge fans of Spinmaster’s Hatchimals CollEGGtibles since series 1 first arrived in toy shops; the children look out for each new season and love to collect and play with the cute little pets.

Hatchimals CollEGGtibles have just launched the newest season, Pet Obsessed HatchiPets, as well as the spring bouquet, and we were really excited to receive some for review.

Pet Obsessed Hatchimals CollEGGtibles

The newest cute little characters to hatch are Pet Obsessed!

Like other Hatchimals CollEGGtibles they are surprise toys which you have to hatch out to find out who you’ve got!

This time though, they come in little heart shaped hatchy-eggs with two little compartments; one for your Hatchimals CollEGGtibles character and one for their own tiny little HatchiPet.

Pet Obsessed Hatchimals CollEGGtibles come in two-packs (RRP £4.99) containing one hatchy heart plus a bonus character and pet, and triple packs (RRP £7.99) which with two hearts and one bonus character, as well as three pet accessories.

How do you open the Hatchimals CollEGGtibles Pet Obsessed?

As with all the previous Hatchimals CollEGGtibles, you hatch the little heart by rubbing on it and then pushing your thumb through to crack it, and then the synthetic egg shell can be removed from the front half, leaving a base for your little Hatchimals CollEGGtible character and pet to sit inside.

Alternatively you can turn it upside down and place your little HatchiPet on the top of the heart where the peg fits into a hole in their foot.
