Femme Luxe Finery sell a big selection of cheap loungewear and bodycon dresses, tops, jeans, shoes, accessories and more online. Many outfits cost under £20 each, so you can find something in your budget whether it’s for a big night out, or relaxing in the house.
Although many of the clothes on the website are aimed at a younger teenage/early 20s market, there were still some pieces that at the grand old age of 37 I quite liked.
Here are my clothing picks from Femme Luxe Finery this month:
I was gifted some new outfits from the Femme Luxe website; here is what I chose to review.
For going out out: Red bodycon dress
If you’re not afraid to get your legs out, the Gina bodycon dress is for you.
As an alternative to the classic LBD, red is one of my favourite colours to wear. It’s a colour which exudes confidence and makes you stand out from the crowd, and makes you feel a million dollars. However if red isn’t your thing, then this square necked ‘Gina’ bodycon mini dress is also available in various colours including nude, rust, and black.
The Gina dress is tight and form fitting, with a low cut square neckline to show off your collar bones and a cheeky glimpse of cleavage (but not too much), full length sleeves and a ruched front to cleverly distract from any lumps and bumps (we all have them!).

This dress is available in sizes 6 to 14. Wear this bodycon dress for going out out, with heels, red lippie and team with a dainty necklace.

This dress is currently on sale for £18.99. Sizing is as expected, ie I ordered my usual size and it fit (although I’d probably treat myself to some control underwear before wearing on a night out, lockdown has not been kind!).
For staying in: Loungewear sets
When staying in, comfort is the most important thing. However if you can’t quite face answering the door to the Amazon delivery man in your pyjamas then loungewear is for you!
I think this ‘Blake’ off-the-shoulder cropped loungewear co-ord set gives off 80s Flashdance vibes, and is just what you need to spend a day doing not a lot at all. It’s available in a range of colours including grey, pastels and khaki, but I chose black because you can’t go wrong, and you can mix and match with other outfits easily.
Made of thick, stretchy material, the cropped black co-ord set is slouchy, although the outside feels ‘shiny’ rather than soft to the touch. It’s not the most flattering item of clothing I own, but it sure is comfy and it has pockets which is the most important thing of all…
You can wear a vest top underneath if, like me, you’re not so excited about people seeing your belly!

Wear the black ‘Blake’ lounge wear set with pumps or trainers (or slippers if you’re going nowhere!). This two-piece off-the-shoulder black tracksuit set is currently on sale for £17.99, with other colours available for £14.99. Sizing is as expected; I ordered a 12/14 (M/L) and it fit well.
And finally, I really like the Maria loungewear set in wine which I got in April, so this time around I got a the same co-ord set, this time in grey.
Although it can definitely be worn out, it also makes excellent nightwear as it’s not too thick or heavy. It is super comfy for days spent indoors, perhaps working or maybe even cleaning the house. Yay. My favourite.

Wear the Maria grey loungewear set with pumps or trainers. This two-piece tracksuit set is currently on sale for £16.99. Sizing is as expected; I ordered a 12/14 (L/XL) and it fit well.
