Lots of venues offer exclusive use, meaning you and your wedding party have full reign of the whole venue. However, that isn’t the case with every location. So, make sure you’re happy with the amount of space that you can use for your wedding when searching for your dream venue. Not having exclusive use doesn’t always have to be a deal breaker. A bit of strategic thinking on the decor, such as positioning a wedding welcome sign near the entrance, can let guests know they are in the right spot.
- Does It Fit Your Theme: Due to popular demand, most venues market themselves as ‘blank canvas’ venues, meaning they can accommodate just about any theme that is brought forward by couples. So, no matter how big or small your wedding theme is, looking for a blank canvas venue ensures that you will be able to bring your wedding vision to life!
- Guest List: Keep your guest list in mind whilst searching for your wedding venue, as it can make a huge difference. If you’re planning a more intimate wedding, this won’t be as much of a struggle for you. But, if you’re planning a bigger wedding, making sure that the space you have is big enough for your wedding party is absolutely essential.
