Which one will be your favourite?
Holywell Bay
Enter Holywell Bay via the sand dunes, to discover that they stretch almost a mile long, northeasterly. Not only are there sand dunes to climb and explore, but you can also find rock pools, a small stream and so much more to discover.

St Ives Harbour
Although this isn’t one of the town’s main beaches on offer in St Ives, this one shares the same golden sands and clear blue waters. Despite it being both a harbour and a beach, there’s no muddy sand in sight!

Dog friendly: There’s a seasonal dog ban. Dogs are not allowed on the beach from 1st July to 31st August between 10am and 6pm

Looe
A family beach that has something for everyone, East Looe Beach has a large, gentle-sloping, sandy beach when the tide is out. This stretch of beach is right next to the Banjo Pier, whilst also being overlooked by a hillside known as Mount Ararat.
The beach itself is located right by the town, where visitors can use facilities such as toilets and cafes.

Port Isaac
If you’re a fan of the iconic TV show, Doc Martin, you’ll already be very familiar with this seaside town and beach, Port Isaac. A quaint seaside town, with a small harbour and beach located at the heart.
At low tide, an expansive stretch of beach emerges, reaching the twin piers. With plenty of sand and rock pools to explore, it’s good to note that you’ll be sharing this beach with a small fishing fleet, which is left stranded when the tide goes out.

Parking: Parking is a 10-minute walk from the harbour and beach
